Windham Lady Bombers fall to Sebring 29-27 on Senior Night
WINDHAM, OH- It was senior night at Marty Hill Court on Wednesday evening as Windham Bombers seniors Terra McCall, Skylar Bailey and Brielle Jones were playing in their final home game of their high school career. They welcomed in Northern 8 conference opponent Sebring in a special 5:30 start with no JV contest. It was a close game throughout coming down to the end with the Trojans holding on for the 29-27 win.
A special moment to start this one as Bombers senior Terra McCall, who has been recovering from leg surgery, started and took the floor for an honorary basket for her final points as a Bomber before exiting the game. In exchange Windham allowed Sebring to score at the other end. Bombers point guard Kierrah Sanders then hit a running jumper to put Windham up 4-2.

After a pair of makes for each team Makenzie Blockinger put Windham back up 6-4 with a score inside before the Trojans Ava Coen ended the quarter with a three giving the Trojans a 7-6 lead after one.
The Bombers came out strong opening the 2nd quarter on a 9-0 run with 7 of those points coming from Brielle Jones as Windham opened up a 15-7 lead.

Sebring opened the 4th with an Ava Coen three to take their first lead since the 1st quarter at 23-21. With under a minute to play Brielle Jones split a pair of free throws and Sanders splashed a big three with 30 seconds to play to cut the deficit to 28-27. Windham was forced to foul with Sebring splitting the free throws making it a 29-27 Trojans lead.
